Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest and Recovery of Stolen Property

PRENTISS CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A traffic stop leads to a drug arrest and the recovery of stolen property in Prentiss County.

On June 15, John Casey Crow was pulled over by narcotics investigator.

Crow was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. That charge was enhanced with possession of a firearm.

That traffic stop resulted in a search warrant of Crow’s home on CR-1251. The North Mississippi Narcotics Unit conducted the search, and investigators recovered a 2013 Harley Davidson, reportedly stolen from Tippah County.

Investigators also found a Dutchman camper and a Weldcraft board, both reported stolen in McNairy and Hardin Counties, Tennessee.

Crow is charged with four counts of receiving/possessing stolen property. His bond was set at $100,00.00.
