UPDATE Video: Trial Underway For Man Accused Of Attacking Elderly Couple

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) –The prosecution and defense have rested their cases as testimony ends today in the trial of 28-year-old Nathaniel McKeithan.

He  is accused of attacking and robbing Richard and Inez Barge in their Noxubee County home last summer.

Three people took the stand Tuesday in Macon and jurors saw surveillance video.

In the video, McKeithan is shown at an ATM using a card that was allegedly stolen.

He faces two counts of armed robbery, among other charges.

He has previously served time for bank robbery…
