Two Additional Arrests In The Homicides Of Two Hattiesburg Officers

JACKSON, Miss. (Press Release) – Agents of the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation have arrested two more people in the death investigation of Hattiesburg police officers Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate.

Both are being held on obstruction of justice charges. They have been identified as 21-year-old Douglas Diquan McPhail and 19-year-old Anquanette L. Alexander. Both suspects are being held in the Forrest County Jail awaiting their initial court appearances.

McPhail’s last known address is 911 East Laurel Avenue, Alexander’s last known address is 402 South Tipton Street both of Hattiesburg.

These arrests bring to a total seven individuals charged as the investigation continues.
