U.S. reducing military role in Africa as terror threat mounts

Battle-hardened fighters fleeing ISIS’s crumbling “caliphate” are flooding into West Africa, where U.S. troops are helping to prepare regional security forces to take on the terrorists. But as CBS News’ Debora Patta reports, the American presence in the region is being reduced at a risky time.
