UPDATE – Prentiss Investigators Say School Threat Likely Bogus Account

BOONEVILLE ( WCBI) – One person is in custody following a threat against the Prentiss County Schools.

An unnamed person posted a social media message Monday morning  threatening to blow up a school.   The Sheriffs department says they have taken the individual they think made the comment into custody. Sheriff Randy Tolar tells WCBI at this point the account appears to be a bogus account and the person identified as posting the threat is not connected to it.  Others are being questioned in the case.
