UPDATE – Searchers Detail Locating Missing Man

Below are details on the safe discovery of John Roper

ROPER

We would like to report Mr. Roper he’s been found safely. About 6 PM this afternoon and off-duty deputy on his personal ATV was searching a grid near the last-place Mr. Roper was seen. The Deputy was able to locate Mr. Roper in a wooded area. Mr. Roper seem to be in good spirits and good health. He is going to be transported to the N. Mississippi Medical Center for observation and hopefully return to his family. I would like to personally thank the entire community for their prayers and support. Also I would like to thank all the volunteer fire departments and personal for their efforts in resolving this matter in a safe ending
