UPDATE: Suspects Identified In Pontotoc County Murder

PONTOTOC CO., Miss. – The two suspects believed to be involved in the first murder of 2016 in Pontotoc County have been identified.

42-year-old Krysta Chewe and 30-year-old Willie Davidson are in custody in connection with the murder of 33-year-old Justin Judon.

Early Tuesday morning, sheriff’s deputies were called to 103 Owen Bend Road to investigate a report of shots fired.

When they arrived, deputies found Judon with a gunshot wound.

Judon died a short time later, and Pontotoc County Sheriff Leo Mask says Chewe and Davidson were taken into custody at the scene.

Chewe is charged with murder.

Her bond has been denied.

Davidson and Chewe are both charged with conspiracy to commit a crime.

Davidson’s bond is set at $500,000 dollars.
