UPDATE: Webster County Sheriff moved to Lee County Adult Detention Center

LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Webster County Sheriff Tim Mitchell is now in the Lee County Adult Detention Center, but nothing has changed about his case except his location.

Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said his office was asked to house Mitchell by agencies handling his case.

Mitchell has been in the Lafayette County jail since his 12 felony arrest charges back on December 19.
