Veterans Honored With Free Lunch

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – It was a time to honor local veterans in West Point on Saturday.

The West Point American Legion Riders sponsored a luncheon for veterans and their families.

Barbeque sandwiches and cake was on the menu.

The lunch gave the legion a chance to thank the veterans for their service and gave the veterans a time to relax and catch up with friends.
This is the second free veteran lunch the legion has hosted.

They hope to continue in the future.
