VIDEO: An 18-Wheeler Crashes into a Tractor

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) – An 18-wheeler crashed into a tractor Thursday morning on Highway 45 in Aberdeen.

The tractor and truck were both traveling in the southbound lane.

The truck driver came up on the tractor faster than he realized.

He tried to get over, but a car was in the other lane.

The truck cut back over into the southbound lane, hitting the back of the tractor.

The tractor flipped, and the truck ran off the road and crashed into trees.

The tractor driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Pioneer Community Hospital of Aberdeen.

The Aberdeen Police Department, fire department, and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
