Video: Area Elementary Students Get Advanced Lessons in Math and Science

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Nearly 1100 second and third graders learn the principles of Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.

Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science hosted the Science Carnival Tuesday at MUW. The goal is to get elementary kids excited about science.

MSMS students helped teach the kids during hands-on demonstrations inside the Pohl Gym.

Students from three area counties participated.
