HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) — Houston had a burst of color as 250 runners of all ages participated in the first ever color run at Joe Brigance Park.
Runners took to a 3.2 mile course with color stations along the route.
Race participants enjoyed some music and even watched Houston Mayor, Stacey Parker, get a blast of color.
Proceeds for the race will be going towards local charities such as Palmer Home, The Boys and Girls Club and Relay for Life.
After the race, participants enjoyed more music and games for the whole family.
