COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)-Columbus voters will get a chance to hear from candidates in the May city primaries and June general election during a forum Thursday night.  The three candidates for mayor will kick off the forum which starts at 6 p.m. at the Columbus Municipal Complex. Incumbent Democrat Robert Smith, Indepent Bo Jarrett and Republican Glenn Lautzenhiser will answer five questions on issues facing the city.  Candidates for the six City Council seats also will take questions during the two-hour event. WCBI Deputy News Director Steve Rogers will moderate the forum. The public is encouraged to attend
