VIDEO: Community Thanksgiving Service Held In Downtown Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- Dozens of people gathered at the Columbus downtown YMCA for the Community Thanksgiving Service Tuesday.

The event is sponsored by The Christian Community in Prayer.

WCBI’s Aundrea Self was the emcee of the event.

Leaders from several churches spoke, led prayers, and sang songs of worship ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Thanksgiving service is one of two community gatherings for prayer that the organization holds each year.
