VIDEO: Father Daughter Ball

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- It was a special time for Dads to show off their dance moves with their daughters.

The annual “Gumtree Twigs Father Daughter Ball” took place at the Bancorpsouth Arena in Tupelo, Saturday night.

All proceeds benefit LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.

The fun filled evening included a live auction, silent auction, lots of food, photos and an opportunity to meet a lot of Disney characters, all under one roof.

Dads and daughters say it is a special time for a great cause that affects many families in the area.

The theme for this year’s Father Daughter ball was “Hollywood Nights.”

The event is one of the biggest fundraisers every year for LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.
