Video: Grand Jury Indicts Oxford Man Accused of Killing his Mother and Brother

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) — An Oxford man accused of  killing his mother and brother is indicted on two counts of murder. 26 year old Regis Mister has been in jail since the shooting, November 8, 2013. Carol Mister Gary, the principal of a Water Valley elementary school and 12 year old Patrick Gary were killed in the shooting. The shooting occurred at the South Lamar Avenue Boulevard home Mister sometimes shared with them. Mister is being held without bond in the Lafayette County Detention Center
