GUNTOWN, Miss. (WCBI) — Downed trees and power lines, minor flooding and some roof damage appear to be the biggest problem from a storm system which raced across the region this morning.

This is the Woodland Hill subdivison in Guntown where about 15 homes suffered some minor damage from the strong winds. The Mississippi Emergency  management agency says Pontotoc, Monroe, Calhoun and Chickasaw Counties also reported some damage from the storm front.  Even some crop damage was reported from hail in the Caledonia area.
