VIDEO: Halloween Comes Early for Aberdeen Pets

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) – Halloween came a little early for some pampered pooches in the area.

Canines of all kinds put on their best costumes as part of the Rover on The River contest.

The pets and owners competed for a variety of prizes as part of the event, but the real winner was the Aberdeen Animal Shelter.

All of the entry fees into the contest went to help support the shelter for abandoned and stray animals.
