LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. – (WCBI) Students at West Lowndes County High School got a taste of what it’s like to go out and get a job. Seniors at West Lowndes High were put to the test Thursday morning by potential employers from companies like 4 County Electric, Renaissant Bank and the City of Columbus. The students say they received valuable information that will make them stand out from other applicants.

“Most people are not ready for interviews but this is a great way to teach you the different do’s and dont’s of an interview. It’s a great experience,” says student Eddie Pippin.

Although, the interviews were meant as a teaching tool, students prepared resumes and dressed for the occasion.
