Video: Nettleton Prepares for Town Creek Festival

NETTLETON, Miss. (WCBI) – Last minute preparations are underway for a festival that will help improve the city park in Nettleton.

The second annual “Town Creek Festival” takes place Saturday in downtown Nettleton. The day long event will feature vendors, a kids corner, shopping and other attractions.

All proceeds go to improvements at the city park and organizers say it is encouraging to see the show of support for the project.

“I have two children myself so I want as much to do in the town as we possibly can think of. We have a small park now , we are trying to eventually get a splash pad.”

The Town Creek Festival runs from 8 till 8 this Saturday.
