Video: Palmer Poinsettias Prepared for Purchase

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) -The holiday greenhouse is filled with blooms at Palmer Home. The annual poinsettia sale is underway. Deliveries are being made locally. And, area residents can stop by Monday through Friday from 9 to 4 to pick up the plants.

“Every year we grown poinsettias in the fall of the year. It is our main crop for fundraising at the greenhouse area. It’s been real successful because the children are involved and people like to see the children working.”

Tuggle says you can also call ahead for large orders. Money raised from the annual fundraiser will be used for work on the main campus of Palmer Home.
