Video: Pickens County Tornado Verified

REFORM, Ala. (WCBI) – The National Weather Service confirms what a Pickens County, Alabama couple told WCBI Tuesday.

A tornado touched down just east of Reform shortly before 5:00 P.M. Tuesday.

Meteorologist gave the twister an EF 0 rating, with winds up to 85 miles per hour.

It was on the ground for nearly five miles.

Roland and Denise Driver say half of their County Road 49 home was destroyed when the roof was ripped off.

No one was injured.
