REFORM, AL (WCBI) – The city of Reform faces a possible reform of its liquor status. Currently a dry city, a public vote could change that fact. A petition made by a random group of citizens met the required number of signatures to put the issue up for debate. Reform Mayor Bennie Harton is required by law to address the petition. The vote will only affect Reform’s 2,000 citizens, and is set for March fourth.
