Video: Tupelo Based Ministry Hosts Annual National Conference

TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – A Tupelo church is hosting an annual conference designed to encourage and equip Christians.

“Outstretched Hands International Ministries of Christ” is holding the conference at Temple of Compassion and Deliverance .

It started Sunday evening, with praise, prayer and an appearance by Christian comedienne, “MS Shirleen”

Bishop Clarence Parks says the six day conference features something for all ages and is meant to build up believers and evangelize the area.

“I hope people focus change toward Kingdom, because God is always promoting Kingdom, He says in His Word, ‘Fear not little flock, it is the Father’s good pleasure to give us the Kingdom’ so He wants us to be happy, to be enriched , He wants us to love one another, and wants us to be changed, and understand, no matter, where there is opposition, there is also expectation for things to become better,” said Bishop Parks.

The theme of the conference is “Experiencing a taste of the Kingdom.”

That conference begins each evening at 7. There are also daytime services Wednesday through Friday.  For more information, go to https://www.facebook.com/TCDConnect/
