VIDEO: Walk To End Alzheimers

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- On Saturday, hundreds participated in the 2017 Walk to end Alzheimer’s.  Organizers hope the two mile walk through downtown Starkville raises awareness about the incurable disease.

The Alzheimer’s Association says more than five million American are living with the disease. More than 15 million family members and friends are providing care to Alzheimer’s patients.

Alzheimer’s is the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death.
