Vigil Held To Remember Tylan Glenn

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- Dozens gather to remember Tylan Glenn, 17, during a prayer vigil.

Friends and family gathered at Dean Park Friday evening to celebrate the life the teen lived.

You may remember this past Saturday, Glenn was found shot to death with multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators say it appears the incident is domestic in nature.

Family members talked about all Glenn accomplished and that they are extremely proud of what he was able to accomplish, in a short time.

“He was a gifted child. He was a smart child. He was scheduled to graduate a semester early, December of 2018 ahead of his class. He recently just took his ACT test. We were just discussing where we were going to go to school. Overall he’s a good kid. Was a good kid and always will be a good kid,” said Cynthia Harrington.

The investigation into his shooting death is ongoing.
