Friday Forecast

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, warm, and humid conditions will hold on. Look for lows in the low to mid 70s. A passing shower or storm remains possible.

FRIDAY: There is a 30% chance of scattered showers and storms. Not all locations will receive rain but places that do may experience heavy downpours, frequent lightning, and refreshing breezes. Highs should be in the upper 80s to lower 90s with heat indices approaching 100° at times.

SATURDAY: A 30% to 40% chance of showers and storms exists as a weak frontal boundary slips through the region. Highs will remain around 90° but the heat index may once again approach the century mark.

SUNDAY – THURSDAY: We’re going to keep low end rain and storms chances at about 20%. If we happen to see activity develop it’ll tend to be during the daytime heating. Seasonably hot and humid highs in the low 90s are likely along with overnight lows mainly in the lower 70s.
