Webster Co. Sheriff’s Office Teams Up With Other Agencies; Multiple Arrests Made

WEBSTER CO., Miss. (WCBI) – Traffic stops and safety checkpoints lead to a very busy Saturday for Webster County deputies.

The Webster County Sheriff’s Department made several arrests over the weekend, with charges ranging from drug possession to traffic citations to local warrants.

Glen Rawson, of Duck Hill was arrested and charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine, along with other unnamed charges.

Debra Garret of Oakland was charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Cody Smith of Eupora was charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, along with several other charges.

Webster County Sheriff’s teamed up with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop D for the weekend enforcement period.
