WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — It usually takes a business a few years to climb to the top in customer satisfaction and rankings. A West Point business has done it in three.
The Hampton Inn and Suites in West Point recently received the Hilton Circle of Excellence Award for ranking in the top 10 percent among the hotel chain’s 676 outlets worldwide.
The West Point Hampton ranked 52nd, putting it in the top 8 percent after an in-person visit and review of everything from front-desk efficiency and housekeeping staff by a Hilton quality assurance team and surveys submitted by customers to the corporate office.
The hotel opened in July 2009 with 20 employees.
