WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — West Point residents are coming together to help tornado victims in Louisville.

Youth members of the First United Methodist Church collected cases of water at the Sunflower Market on Main Street, Saturday.

They began collecting donations Friday night.

About 100 cases of water will be delivered to Louisville tornado victims.

The group also collected monetary donations.

The Louisville community still remains under a “boil water notice” since the deadly April 28 twister hit.
