Woman Arrested For False Pretense

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A woman is arrested after forgetting to scan a couple of items at the checkout.

36-year-old Kamika Alvarenga was arrested yesterday by Oxford Police on charges of false pretense.

Her employers at Home Depot claim they caught her not scanning certain items as customers came through her register.

Her bond is set at $1,000 dollars.
