Aberdeen fire destroys home

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI)- An afternoon fire in Aberdeen leaves one home destroyed.

Captain Norris James says the fire happened at a house on South Franklin St. and Jefferson St around 3:30 p.m.

He says no one was home at the time and tells WCBI the home is a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
