COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) –  Employees were proud to be out and about at the 100th anniversary of the Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle.
The event honored employees, physicians and volunteers of the hospital.
The fire department was on hand giving demonstrations, there was live music, barbequing and even homemade ice cream.
Not to mention bounce houses for the kids.
Expecting hundreds, CEO Paul Cade was happy to be a part of it.

“We’re honoring our 100 years celebration, Baptist health care corporation has been in existence for 100 years. It’s a great accomplishment and it shows that we got very dedicated employees, physicians and volunteers,” said Paulo Cade, CEO of the hospital.

The event also featured the hospitals mascot pediatric parrot.
