COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI-TV) – A man wanted in a downtown Columbus shooting has turned himself in.

A city spokesperson told WCBI Tuesday afternoon that Morris Dyonte Lanier is in custody. He’s facing three counts of aggravated assault. His total bond is $900,000.

The shooting happened after midnight the morning of March 19th.

Police arrested Terrance Williams last week in that shooting.

No one was injured downtown, but gunshots hit several cars that had people inside.

It was in the middle of the street, outside the Princess Theater and Fred’s.
