Prentiss Co. Deputies Need Help Solving Church Burglaries

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Prentiss County deputies are working to solve two church burglaries.

The sheriff’s department says they happened either late Sunday night, or early Monday morning.

Investigators say the burglars took off with several items from Wolfe Creek Missionary Baptist Church on CR 7030.

They stole a black Yamaha keyboard, computer, flat screen monitor, and other things.

The suspects also took money, a plasma TV, and a DVD player from Christ United Methodist Church on CR 7200.

Both churches are close to each other, and investigators believe the two break-ins are connected.
