Video: Law Enforcement Chase In South Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Law enforcement swarm a south Columbus neighborhood after a man runs from narcotics agents.

Columbus police say agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics wanted to talk to an unidentified man.

There was an attempt to pull over the vehicle the man was in, but he got out of the vehicle and ran on Wednesday afternoon.

Lowndes County deputies, narcotics agents and Columbus police all responded the area of 5th Street and 13th Avenue South where the man was last seen.

No word on whether he has been taken into custody.
