Video: Convenience Store Robbed At Gunpoint

Columbus, Miss. (WCBI) — Columbus police responded to an armed robbery at the B-Quick gas station near the Waverly apartment and Baptist Memorial Hospital around 7:30 Monday night.

Interim police chief Fred Shelton said they are searching for 5’9 male with a slender build.
Shelton also said they could not determine the race of the suspect because he was wearing all black and a mask.

Police also said he was armed with shotgun, and he took off with cash behind the store.

Lowndes County deputies were also on the scene with dogs to search the property.

Shelton also said the suspect could be driving a tan, four door sedan.

Shelton said “this is one of those situations where we need the public’s help, if you see anything, heard anything, please give us a call.”

No one was injured in the robbery.
