Corinth Stabbing Victim Dies
CORINTH, Miss. (WCBI) – Upgraded charges could be coming against a Corinth man after the man police say he stabbed died over the weekend.
28 year old Jeromy Jerome Walker is out on bond for the May 19th aggravated assault of 21 year old Michael Decker during a fight at the Wilson Street apartments.
Corinth police say Decker had been stabbed in the stomach and were able to locate Walker a short while later still wearing blood stained clothes.
Detective Dell Green says Decker died in a Memphis hospital over the weekend and if the autopsy shows he died from the stab wounds.
The charges against Walker could be upgraded.
