Fallen Officer Tate’s Funeral Procession Through The Golden Triangle

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – The funeral procession for fallen Hattiesburg police officer Liquori Tate will go through the Golden Triangle.

It will begin in Hattiesburg, after the 11 A.M. funeral, and continue north to Meridian on I-59.

That’s where the procession will merge with I-20/59 and Highway 45.

The procession will continue north on Highway 45 through Brooksville and merge with Highway 45 Alternate, until Highway 82 in Lowndes County.

That’s when the caravan will go west toward Starkville to Highway 12 and down Spring Street. It’s estimated that will happened about 5:30 or 6 PM.

Tate will be buried at Fox Cemetery in Starkville.
