Mended Hearts Meets March 31st

TUPELO, Miss. (PRESS RELEASE) – Mended Hearts Chapter 97 meets at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Wellness Center, 1030 S. Madison.

Following a program on cardiovascular exercise, the group will tour the Wellness Center. A complimentary dinner will be served.

Any individual or family affected by heart disease is invited to Mended Hearts meetings, which are held the last Thursday of each month.

NMMC health care professionals present an educational program on topics including diet, exercise, medication, new technology and maintaining a positive attitude to support a healthy lifestyle.
