One Dead in Calhoun Co. Crash

CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi state troopers are investigating a wreck that killed a Randolph man Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened on Highway 9 North near County Road 130 in Calhoun County around 4:45 p.m.

Troopers say 48-year-old Michael Blunt was driving north on the highway, when he left the road and hit a tree.

Blunt was killed.

Only one car was involved in the wreck.
