This happened to me when I was falsely accused of trespassing on an estate property which I inherited from my mother. The person accusing me of trespassing was waiting outside City Hall in Amory waiting in the bushes to assault me as she had done in 2006 in Nashville, TN, while we were moving our mother back to Amory from Tennessee. The two sisters who assaulted me with our mother’s walking cane were allowed to get away with it, along with raiding three Estates, two of which they were not going to probate in the State of Mississippi, even though the law states that if the deceased’s estate is over $10k, a probate must be filed. They are lying in wait for a 2nd brother to die so they can raid his estate. You know how I escaped being beaten the night Judge Malski dismissed the fraudulent claim of trespass against me? By having two policemen escort me out of the Amory City Hall building, along with the woman’s daughter, who asked me if I wanted her to walk me to my car. I think the City of Amory needs to crack down on their criminals.
