Victim In Fatal Oxford Thanksgiving Wreck Identified

OXFORD,MS (WCBI) Oxford Police have identified the woman killed in a Thanksgiving Day wreck.   37 year old Ginny Dillard of Pontotoc died after her car was hit on  Highway 6 near Old Taylor road.   Accident reports say another car was heading East on 6 when it ran off the road ,over corrected and came back into the path of Dillard’s car.  Oxford detectives and patrolmen worked the accident site as a crime scene and say alcohol appears to be a factor in the wreck.  The driver of the second car has not been identified and no word yet of any charges in connection with the fatal wreck.
