PONTOTOC, Miss. (WCBI) – Choosing among 13 candidates for one position is difficult, and making that decision in a month makes it that much harder.
Tonight, voters in the First Congressional District got a chance to hear from all 13 candidates in the May 12th Special election.

The Pontotoc County GOP organized the event to allow candidates to meet voters, and get their messages out.

This election is non-partisan, but 12 of the candidates have identified themselves as Republicans.

There is another forum scheduled for April 20th at the Link Centre in Tupelo
