Video Leads Prentiss Investigators to Burglary Suspect
Officers responded early Tuesday morning to an alarm that was activated around 2 a.m. Officers arrived within 10 minutes and discovered entry had been made into the business by someone removing a window unit air conditioner.
Camera footage captured images of the suspect inside the store which aided the investigators in the identification of the suspect, leading to his apprehension.
Investigators also recovered clothing that was being worn by the suspect at the time of the Burglary.
Huggins will be charged with Burglary of a Commercial Building. Bond has not been set as of Wednesday afternoon.
“All those involved in the investigation did an outstanding job,” Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar said.
