MUW Identifies Indecent Exposure Suspect

COLUMBUS, Miss. (Press Release) – Earlier today, the MUW PD secured a warrant for the arrest of Laterrance Stewart, 29, of Columbus, Mississippi.

Stewart has been identified as the suspect in an indecent exposure incident and profanity incident on the campus of Mississippi University for Women Monday afternoon.

He is charged with indecent exposure and profanity in a public place.

Witnesses positively identified Stewart on March 29, and the warrant was issued today, March 30.

MUW PD continues to work closely with the Columbus PD and the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office to secure an arrest for this individual.
