New Temperature Sensors in Davis Wade Stadium

MISSISSIPPI STATE, MS (WCBI)- Mississippi State’s Department of Geosciences  recently placed over fifty temperature sensors in key areas around Davis-Wade Stadium in preparation for the 2016 football season. It is their hope to gather a better understanding of how temperature varies across the field, stands, and on the stadium concourses. With this information, they along with athletic officials may be able to further their heat mitigation protocols.
