Ryan Casey Bullard, 24, and Rachel Christine Sweitzer, 19, are charged with manufacture of a controlled substance.

Sheriff Randy Tolar says narcotics investigators found an elaborate hydrophonic marijuana grow system where the two lived on County Road 1040.

The duo has been released on a $7,500 bond.

In a separate case, Stephen Robert Hopkins, 51, was arrested at a checkpoint when deputies found meth. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors.
