Prentiss County Makes Sexual Assault Arrest

BOONEVILLE ( WCBI ) – A Booneville man faces a sexual battery charge after a local woman reported being attacked.

Deputies answering the 911 call spotted 67 year old Jimmy Wayne Sims walking in the area near where the attack took place. After speaking to the victim Deputy Taylor Walker went back to the area he had seen Sims and took him into custody.  Sims has also been ordered to have no contact with the victim.
