UPDATE- Second Plane Crash Victim Named

COLUMBUS ( WCBI) – Funeral services are set for Friday for the second victim in Tuesday’s plane crash . An obituary confirms 64 year old Columbus businessman John Nuesch died when the plane went down just after takeoff from the Monroe County airport.

 

The Memphis native was president of the family business American Glass Company which designed and installed glass in buildings across Mississippi and Alabama . His work includes the  renovation of the MSU Student Union, The addition and expansion of offices and suites at Bryant Denny Stadium along with what is now known as Airbus Helicopters in Lowndes County. Nuesch served on the Executive Board of the Mississippi Associated Building contractors.  Visitation is from noon until 1:45 Friday at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbus with graveside services scheduled at 2:00 at the Friendship Cemetery
